West Run 10k

The Vitality WestRun London 10K has been forced to change dates organisers have announced. Instead of the original date of Sunday 4 October, the event has been pushed back to Sunday 15 November.

Jamie Warren, head of Marketing and Commercial at GO2, said: “Due to recent unforeseen circumstances, the decision has been made to move the race date by six weeks.

“This is necessary because of a potential clash with another major event now planned in the area. All the other exciting elements of the race will remain exactly the same, it simply means our runners will have a little more time to train! We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and hope for most it will simply be a move of date in your calendar. For anyone that has signed up, you are still registered and don’t need to do anything. If you are no longer be able to participate, please email”

Taking in the plush areas of Chelsea and Fulham, this new 10k starts on the New Kings Road and finishes on Eel Brook Common. Cancer Research UK and Alzheimer's Society are official charity partners for the event, alongside the Vitality Run Series charity partner Laureus Sport for Good Foundation.
